Lotus F1 Team E21, 2013 Test Car, Davide Valsecchi
Italian driver Davide Valsecchi joined the Lotus F1 Team in March 2011 as a test driver. Born in Erba, Northern Italy in January 1987, Davide’s racing career started in 2003 at the age of only 16 with Formula Renault 2000 Italia. Over the past ten years Davide has driven for various teams in a variety of forms of motorsport with career highlights being winning races in the GP2 series and winning the GP2 Series Championship for DAMS. The car modelled here is Davide’s test car from the 2013 season. Davide took part in the official Corgi product launch at the Lotus Store on Regent Street, London on the 26th July 2013.
