Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using
the http://www.southeastmodels.co.uk website or southeastmodels Mobile App mobile
application (the "Service") operated by My Company, Southeast Models.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with
these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree
with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. You will be required to click to accept these terms, before you can make a payment for goods.
This website will be kept up to date regarding prices and descriptions of goods and all reasonable steps will be taken to ensure the correctness of all details at all times.
All prices are in British Pounds, but do not include postage and packing costs, which will be added at checkout and charged according to the weight of your order. Payments must be in British Pounds.
I reserve the right to update prices to include changes in taxes, duties or increases in carriage charges by our designated third party couriers, or any other factors beyond my control.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders and Delivery
At the present time orders will only be shipped to addresses in the United Kingdom(an extra charge will apply for some areas).
All orders placed on this website must be made by someone aged eighteen (18) or over.
Delivery will be made to the address given by You at the time the order is placed and once the order is accepted on the website cannot be changed. All delivery charges will be added at checkout and must be paid by You along with full payment for your order, before the order is accepted. I will always make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible after confirmation of the order and payment. Your order will normally be dispatched within two working days and I aim to have your order delivered within three to five days after placing the order, however due to circumstances outside of my control this may not always be possible and I cannot be held responsible for such delays. I will do my best to notify you of any delays that are expected.
I reserve the right to cancel any order for any reasonable reason including; -
Payment hasn’t been made or cannot be obtained
If Your delivery address is not in the United Kingdom or is in an area that is not served by our third party couriers
If the website has a fault, by which a price or product description is not displayed as it should be, or displays an item as in stock, when it is not.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Southeast Models.
Southeast Models has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content,
privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and
agree that Southeast Models shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any
damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any
such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
I reserve the right, at My sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a
revision is material I will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms
taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at My sole discretion.
When a payment is made you will be directed to either Sage Pay or Paypal to complete the payment.
Card details are only supplied to them and not to this website.
We use Sage Pay to collect and process transaction information. Sage Pay security policy can be found at www.sagepay.co.uk/policies/security-policy
Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Southeast Models
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please let me know and I will try to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please email email@example.com notifying me that you are returning the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned
item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please obtain proof of posting, as I will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered back to myself.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
